The course is based on the outcome of my 50 years of investigation and research into the world’s belief systems: They are all saying the same thing though in different ways due to cultural and language differences: we struggle and suffer because we have given up our heart-mind (ALOHA) for our conceptual/ego mind. And, even though we may be addicted to that conceptual/ego mind, there is a way to recover from the addiction to live primarily from our heart-mind and access the conceptual/ego mind when necessary. A truly co-creative life experience.

The course offers powerful experiences, information, and practices based on mindfulness-awareness meditation and culled from the Shambhala teachings, Tibetan Buddhist psychology & philosophy, ALOHA & the Hawaiian culture, other indigenous wisdom traditions, quantum mechanics, and non-dualism – all which lead participants to have their own experiences of re-engaging their heart-minds.
