Camp Mokulēʻia sits on a pristine section of Oʻahu’s North Shore only steps from the warm Hawaiian waters where dolphins and sea turtles may be spotted. The camp offers safe snorkeling and hiking through a tropical forest preserve. Camp Mokulēʻia is rustic and located on 40 acres of land in a rather remote area that includes a large shady field and extensive beach. The lodge is comfortable, boasting magnificent views of the ocean and the Waialua coastline. Tent camping and cabin rentals are also available.

Meditation Hall Floor – 10 people maximum (Free for the duration of the retreat)

Bring your sleeping bag and pillow and pile up a couple of meditation cushions for comfort for this co-ed style option. Sleepers here will need to store their personal and sleeping effects in the designated Lodge space by 6:30am each program morning so staff can reset the Meditation Hall for the day.

Tent Camping – 8 to 30 tent spots available ($160 per person for the duration of the retreat)

Pitch your own tent in any number of designated spots, from secluded wooded glades to wide open beach front spaces. The large shade field and extensive beach and reef has made camping at Camp Mokulēʻia a local family tradition for generations. Camping sites are just steps away from the property’s beautiful and pristine beach. Flushing toilets as well as cold water showers with sinks are available at each camp site.

Tentalos – Sleeps 4 ($690 per tent for the duration of the retreat)

Stay in a roomy and comfortable wood and fabric tent! Built on raised platforms, they sleep a maximum of 4 people comfortably. They are close to the beach and are well ventilated. Keep in mind that you will need to bring your own cot or air mattress as cots are not provided. Flushing toilets as well as cold water showers with sinks are available at each camp site.

Group Cabins – ($280 upper / $400 lower per person for the duration of the retreat)

Cabins are co-ed and have 3 sleeping rooms (the women’s dorm room, the co-ed dorm room, and the men’s dorm room) and one main room with two bunk beds (which is a little cheaper for the inconvenience $240 upper / $360 lower). Each of these cabins sleeps 16 people maximum. Small refrigerator provided. Bathroom consists of two warm water showers, two sinks and two flush toilets. Rinse off shower available outside. Linens and pillows are not provided for cabins. Please bring your own toiletries.

Lodge – 14 rooms ($770 – $1,350 for the duration of the retreat depending on single or double occupancy and shared or private bathroom)

Upstairs: Rooms with private complete bath, bedside table, card table, lamps, overhead fan and comfortable chairs. All linen is provided, and the views are some of the most wonderful on the island, just steps from the beach. Your views are towards the ocean in these rooms. Cost: $870 for single, $1,350 for double for the duration of the retreat.

Downstairs: Rooms share a complete bathroom between every two rooms, bedside table, card table, lamps, overhead fan and comfortable chairs. All linen is provided. Your views are towards the ocean in these rooms. Cost: $770 for single, $1,250 for double for the duration of the retreat.

There are also 2 “accessible” rooms downstairs each with private baths, bedside table, card table, lamps, overhead fan and comfortable chairs. All linen is provided, mountain views.

NOTE: There are 4 Lodge rooms with queen size beds – 2 upstairs with private baths and 2 downstairs with shared baths. All other Lodge rooms have 2 single beds. If you are registering for just yourself but wish to share a Lodge room with a stranger to lower your cost or if you wish to find a room to share with someone, click here to add that to the housing board.

There is a group kitchen in the lodge with refrigerator and microwave for your convenience. Wireless Internet service is also available throughout the lodge.
